As a Call Center Representative you will: 

• Provide professional customer service, and satisfactorily answer customers questions and concerns
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
• Perform callbacks requested by customers and members regarding concerns, services, and policies
• Use all available resources to best assist customers and members
• Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
• Help to train new employees and inform them about the company's customer service policies
• Assist customers with the goal of retaining memberships

What we're looking for in you: 

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to take initiative, multitask and problem solve
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
