Full Time Raytheon 2026 - Multi-Product Power & Digital FPGA Engineer II

Raytheon is dedicated to helping the nation and allies defend freedoms and deter aggression. They are seeking a Multi-Product Power & Digital FPGA Engineer II to leverage advanced technologies in creating solutions for sensor and effector products while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the product lifecycle.

What you'll do:

• Provide Full Lifecycle support of production quality FPGA
• Generate FPGA Designs
• Design and Code in VHDL for reliability and maintainability
• Create complete documentation including requirements, verification plan, and users guides

What they're looking for:

• A master's degree in electrical engineering or a related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) Major is required
• This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
• Experience with one or more of the following: Analog, Digital Electronics, Mixed Signal, Circuit Design or Analysis, Power Electronics, VHDL, FPGA, Electrical Components, Digital Signal Processing, or PCB design
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
• 3.0 cumulative GPA desired from an ABET accredited institution
• Demonstrated experience with VHDL or Verilog coding, simulation, and synthesis
• Knowledge of electrical circuit design, analysis and troubleshooting using common lab equipment
