About this role
U.S. Bank is a financial services organization seeking a Funding Operations Analyst to support the movement and management of funds across the organization. The role monitors cash positions, processes wire activity, completes reconciliations, prepares operational reports, and collaborates with internal teams.
What you'll do:
- Monitor and manage daily cash funding requirements
- Process wire transactions and support money movement activities
- Balance and monitor cash positions throughout the day
- Complete reconciliations to verify prior-day financial activity
- Prepare reports related to funding, cash management, and reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with internal business partners across operations, finance, capital markets, and middle office teams
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment
- Support requests and communications through shared team inboxes and internal workflows
What they're looking for:
- - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- - One to two years of direct experience, or three to five years of related experience
- This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week
- - Experience with cash management, money movement, wire processing, or related financial operations activities
- - Knowledge of funding processes, wire activity, and financial reconciliations
- - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- - Excellent organization and time management skills
- - Ability to prioritize and reprioritize work as business needs change
- - Experience working in a deadline-driven or real-time operational environment
- - Strong communication and collaboration skills
- - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- - Experience with cash management, money movement, wire processing, or related financial operations activities
