Funds Co-op

Arrowstreet Capital is a systematic investment firm that manages global equity portfolios for institutional investors. The Funds Co-op will support Fund Operations through investor and fund valuation reviews, reporting, financial reporting and audit processes, tax activities, board reporting, and strategic workflow automation initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Perform analysis on investor types, the portfolios, and other elements to support various initiatives in the Funds
• Assist team in reviewing daily and monthly fund and investor valuations
• Contribute production and review of investor reporting and deliverables, such as assist in preparation of monthly investor reporting packages, of daily and monthly fund valuation packages, and review scheduled reporting materials for completeness and accuracy
• Support documentation process and review related to fund financial reporting and audit cycles
• Support the Fund’s tax team
• Prepare and maintain the Fund Operations Co-Op handbook
• Contribute to board reporting tasks as it pertains to the Funds
• Assist with on-going strategic initiatives including identifying and testing efforts to automate manual workflows

What they're looking for:

• Strong academic record in the undergraduate program with a finance, business, accounting, mathematics or computer science focus
• A positive attitude with enthusiasm and maturity
• Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and problem solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multi-task and work on a variety of assignments
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with other team members and other stakeholders, both internal and external to Arrowstreet
• Committed to the quality of their work product and seeing assignments through to completion
• Detail-oriented with a strong curiosity in how things work
• A strong interest in the investment management industry
