Alfa Insurance is an insurance carrier offering auto, home, life, farm, and business insurance products. The Human Resources Intern will gain hands-on experience across Human Resources, with a focus on recruiting and retention, and contribute to special projects during the summer of 2027.

What you'll do:

• Hands on experience across all areas of Human Resources with a focus in Recruiting and Retention
• Special projects to be determined in summer of 2027

What they're looking for:

• Rising Sophomore, Junior, Senior or Graduate in a 4-year university
• Majoring in Human Resources
• Good communication skills
• Team player
