Through exposure to senior leaders, mentoring circles, networking and volunteering, you will build connections with colleagues across the organization. ## Responsibilities - Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and deliver innovative data solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business. - Building and maintaining cloud-native big data solutions, advanced analytics products and Gen AI models. - Partnering with data architects and senior engineers to implement best practices, ensuring sustainable and scalable technical designs. - Working closely with analytics, application development, and data science teams to foster collaboration and drive innovation. - Delivering on-time, high-quality results on fast-paced schedules while maintaining rigorous standards for development and code management. ## Minimum Qualifications Our Early Careers programs are designed for students and recent graduates who are beginning their professional careers, generally within one year of completing their degree. ## Education Requirements - Bachelor’s degree, or candidate for Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, Math, or Statistics to be received no later than June 2027. ## Program Requirements - Available to start the program on July 26, 2027. - Analyst positions are in-person opportunities, requiring employees to work in the office at least four days per week. ## Core Qualifications - Recent direct experience in data engineering, programming, and delivering scalable data solutions in work or school settings. - Proficiency in cloud-native platforms and tools, including Hadoop, HDFS, Spark, Kubernetes, and ElasticSearch. - Experience developing AI/ML models, with hands-on desire to use platforms like Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, and AWS SageMaker. - Skill in programming languages such as PySpark, R, Spark SQL, Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail. - Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. ## What you’ll need to succeed AIG seeks candidates who have excelled in previous work experience, demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement, possess strong analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills, and are enthusiastic about the insurance industry. - Passion for exploring innovative AI and Generative AI technologies. - Interest in working with internal and external teams to deliver data engineering solutions and share knowledge and best practices. - Experience implementing code versioning processes and maintaining high standards for software development and project management.Applications will be accepted through October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
