General Manager — Englewood, CO

$23-27/hour base pay, plus bonus. Full benefits, paid time off, and a clear path to grow with a 100+ store group.

You'll run the entire store including the team, the numbers, and the customer experience. This is full P&L ownership for a leader who takes pride in operational excellence and building strong teams.

What you'll own

• Lead and develop a team of up to 50, including your management staff
• Hire, train, schedule, and run performance reviews
• Manage the P&L — spot issues and drive results against goals
• Oversee ordering, inventory, food prep, and food safety
• Own cash accountability and daily operational standards
• Build a positive, high-retention culture

Pay and benefits

• $23-$27/hour base pay
• Bonus pay – earn bonus pay up to 13 periods a year when your store hits its bonus targets

Qualifications

What you need

• 18 or older, able to work 40+ hour weeks including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Able to set priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
• Skilled at resolving both customer and employee issues

Corporate certification and role-specific training (Restaurant Safety, Shift/Assistant/General Manager, Food Safety) are provided — completion is part of the path to full certification.
