Primary Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in the assembly process, ensuring the production of top-tier products. Key duties include:

* Learning and performing various assembly tasks with opportunities for cross-training.

* Operating equipment and tools according to production orders, maintaining precision and quality.

* Maintaining regular and dependable attendance to support a productive work environment.

* Upholding safety protocols and quality standards at all times.

Required Experience

* Ability to pass pre-employment tests.

* Capability to lift repetitively 80-100 lbs, meeting the physical demands of the role.

* Strong teamwork and communication skills with a polite and respectful demeanor.

Work Environment

* Schedule: 3rd shift runs Monday through Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Overtime available).

* Breaks: Two 10-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid break per shift.
