Global Authorities Product Associate

JPMorgan Chase is a financial institution offering banking, investment, and asset management services. The Global Authorities Product Associate supports product management for authorized parties and permissions management by analyzing customer needs, tracking product metrics, and applying AI-enabled capabilities across the AI software development lifecycle. The role also partners with engineering, data science, governance, and control teams to ensure secure, auditable, and effective AI solutions.

What you'll do:

• Partners with product manager to learn techniques to elicit, specify, discover, and document customer requirements
• Tracks and reports out on key performance indicators and product metrics set by leadership
• Supports product team in analysis of customer needs and market opportunities
• Assist in research and data collection

• Baseline knowledge in a relevant domain area, project management, or equivalent expertise
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
• Emerging level knowledge of the product development life cycle
• Understanding of basic analytics tools
