Global Authorities Product Associate

JPMorganChase is a financial institution providing banking, investment, and asset management services. The Global Authorities Product Associate supports product teams through customer and market analysis, product metrics, research, and data collection, while applying AI-enabled capabilities across the end-to-end AI software development lifecycle in permissioned data environments.

What you'll do:

• Partners with product manager to learn techniques to elicit, specify, discover, and document customer requirements
• Tracks and reports out on key performance indicators and product metrics set by leadership
• Supports product team in analysis of customer needs and market opportunities
• Assist in research and data collection

What they're looking for:

• Baseline knowledge in a relevant domain area, project management, or equivalent expertise
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
• Emerging level knowledge of the product development life cycle
• Understanding of basic analytics tools
