What You’ll Do:

• Lead high-energy, science-backed workouts for groups of up to 36 members
• Motivate, inspire, and guide clients of all fitness levels
• Ensure safety, proper form, and modifications for all participants
• Build member relationships and support studio growth

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Current, proctored fitness certification from an OTF-approved organization (ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA)
• Positive, motivating communication style
• Passion for coaching all fitness levels
• CPR/AED certification
• 1+ years fitness experience preferred
