Group Sales Rep

We are seeking part-time seasonal Group Ticket Sales for the 2027 season (approximately January to August). This position is responsible for generating new group ticket sales, renewing existing group business, and building long-term relationships with businesses, schools, community organizations, and other groups. Responsibilities include prospecting new clients, making outbound calls and emails, managing and renewing existing accounts, responding to sales inquiries, and meeting established sales goals. The Group Ticket Sales Representative will work closely with other departments to coordinate group outings, deliver exceptional customer service, and identify opportunities to grow revenue through repeat business and new sales. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships, manage multiple accounts, and thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Availability to work select games, evenings, weekends, and special events is required.
