Group Services Team Lead

This role involves guiding and mentoring team members by resolving complex issues and offering immediate coaching and feedback. It also focuses on building strong relationships with internal and external partners to encourage ongoing process improvement. Additionally, the role supports management in creating a collaborative, high-performing, and efficient team that is motivated, productive, innovative, and dedicated to success.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

• Estimated Salary: $68,000 - $75,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Acts as an expert resource, providing guidance and coaching, following up on questions, and identifying best practices to share with the team.
• Facilitates or participates in project design and implementation, leads cross-functional teams for customer satisfaction, and suggests process improvements.
• Assists in developing staff through coaching and feedback, resolves escalated issues, and supports customer needs.
• Builds strong relationships with business partners, develops activities for knowledge retention, and maintains current knowledge of the business and industry.
• Provides excellent service recovery, assists with the interview process, oversees training and quality, supports team retention and professional growth, and communicates with management on workload and inventory.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Exemplifies leadership by motivating teams, holding them accountable, and demonstrating initiative to accomplish tasks independently. 
• Possesses excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to think beyond conventional methods and practices.
• Has a thorough understanding of Workplace Solutions products, systems, and distribution channels.
• Exhibits strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision-making, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates the ability to multitask effectively, work under pressure, meet deadlines, provide quality customer service, and adjust communication style for different audiences.
• You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
• Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

• 2+ years of Group Insurance Experience
• Enrollment Experience 
• Demonstrated mentoring and coaching skills/experience
• Demonstrated collaboration skills
• Schedule 8:00am to 4:30pm Central Time
