Growth Marketing Coordinator

Unlock Health is a full-service marketing communication agency focused on healthcare and technology. The Growth Marketing Coordinator will support various marketing initiatives, manage project timelines, and facilitate communication across teams to enhance business development efforts.

What you'll do:

• Conduct deep-dive research on prospective clients, industries, and competitive landscapes to build comprehensive company profiles
• Support the end-to-end development, timeline management, and submission logistics for RFP responses
• Coordinate the materials and logistics for virtual and in-person pitches to ensure flawless presentations
• Manage internal new business meetings by setting strategic agendas, capturing clear notes, and tracking action items
• Maintain organized project documentation to keep active opportunities moving smoothly through the sales process
• Curate and update proposal content and templates within Loopio to ensure all sales materials remain current
• Maintain precise opportunity data in Salesforce to support accurate team reporting and forecasting
• Document internal processes, best practices, and lessons learned to help the growth team scale and work smarter

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and support a mission-driven team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Internships or entry-level roles in agency, healthcare, or marketing preferred
