Growth Marketing Coordinator

Vivant is a managed network services company focused on eliminating internet, phone, and WiFi outages for their clients. The Growth Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, building campaigns from the ground up, and monitoring key performance metrics.

What you'll do:

• Build, schedule, and monitor key metrics for email campaigns and sequences
• Own the publishing calendar across social, email, and the website
• Build and test landing pages and lead magnets, track conversion rates and methodically improve conversion rates everyday
• Write blog posts and SEO content
• Manage social media posting on LinkedIn, X, and Meta, tied to ICP targeting
• Update weekly KPI dashboard for campaign performance tracking without being asked
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and follow-up sequences for events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars
• Identify candidates for customer case studies, coordinate interviews, produce written and video assets, and publish publicly
• Update website content, create landing pages, and optimize for SEO
• Create graphic design assets using Canva or equivalent for social media, ads, one-pagers, and email

What they're looking for:

• You've executed B2B marketing campaigns from start to finish, with measurable results to back them up
• You've built automated workflows and sequences tailored to audience interest and engagement
• Proven experience managing and updating websites using WordPress, including publishing and optimizing website content
• Copywriting is one of your strengths. You can write cold email subject lines and LinkedIn posts that generate engagement and drive MQLs
• You stay organized and manage your own deadlines and task lists without constant follow-up
• You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly, while still maintaining high-quality output
• You have basic graphic design skills and can create clean, on-brand marketing materials even if you are not a full-time designer
