HDQ Financial Analyst Intern

dnata is a global air and travel services provider, connecting people with opportunities across multiple airports. The Financial Analyst Intern will support the Finance and Accounting team through various functions, providing hands-on exposure to financial operations and reporting while assisting with daily tasks and month-end close activities.

What you'll do:

• Assist with invoice generation, customer billing, and application of cash receipts
• Monitor aging reports and support collections follow-ups
• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support treasury documentation and reporting requirements
• Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready workpapers
• Assist with asset capitalization and depreciation calculations
• Support periodic physical inventory verification
• Assist with preparation of tax schedules and supporting documentation
• Conduct research on basic tax-related matters as assigned
