What you'll do:

• Design complex scenarios from your healthcare practice area to train AI agents
• Build supporting records and author healthcare-operations tasks
• Evaluate tasks for AI model training to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
• Collaborate asynchronously to improve AI model outputs and training data quality
• Work independently with flexible hours to meet project deadlines

What they're looking for:

• 2+ years of recent experience in healthcare administrative/back-office roles
• Experience with payer portals, EHR platforms, encoders, and coding tools
• 10+ hours/week commitment
• Experience owning exceptions and disputes in healthcare settings
• Senior-level experience across multiple care settings or on both provider and payer sides
