PruittHealth is a regional provider of long-term and post-acute healthcare services. The Healthcare Recruiter will manage the full recruitment and selection process, partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source qualified candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate schedules, and complete job offers and applicant tracking system records.

What you'll do:

• You will ensure that minimum qualification standards and appropriate job-offer parameters (salary, relocation allowance, signing bonus, etc.) are established prior to posting positions
• You will regularly utilize an applicant tracking system (i.e. Taleo) to review, analyze and assess information provided by applicants in response to job postings. You will conduct interviews, forward viable candidates to hiring managers and establish and handle interview schedules
• Once the candidate is selected, you will extend the job offer and close out the position in the applicant tracking system upon completion of all required notes and final dispositions

• * High School Diploma or GED required
• * One (1) year of previous high volume recruiting experience, 5+ years preferred
• * One (1) year of working with applicant tracking systems, 3+ years Taleo experience preferred
• * Bachelor's degree preferred
• * One (1) year of high-volume recruiting. Healthcare a plus!
• * Bilingual in English and Spanish
