Responsibilities
- Assist skilled operators with heat treat and straightening equipment.
- Learn and perform pipe stamping and stenciling tasks.
- Prepare work areas and materials according to standard procedures.
- Monitor equipment for proper operation and report any abnormalities.
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment.
- Support material handling, including loading and unloading of pipe sections.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings.
- Help keep the work area clean and organized.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to read and follow basic technical instructions.
- Strong interest in manufacturing and metal processing.
- Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Willingness to learn pipe stamping and stenciling techniques.
