We are seeking a HIM Clerk to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Required Skills:
- Medical record experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
- Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.

Responsible for assembling and maintaining patients' health information in either EMR (Electronic Medical Record or charts. Ensures all forms are completed and properly identified and signed and all necessary information is in the chart or system. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
