Position Summary: 

This role will work three (3) week days in the field conducting patient visits and serve as an RN Supervisor every Saturday and Sunday. Weekend supervisory work may be performed from home. The RN will be required to conduct occasional patient visits during the weekend. Candidates must be available to work weekends to perform this role.

As a Home Health RN utilizing AI-powered documentation tools, your primary focus will be on delivering compassionate care while using innovative technology to support clinical documentation. This role allows you to document key patient details, like vitals and pain levels, efficiently and accurately.  

Patient-Centered Care: Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients.  

Reduced Documentation Burden: Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time.  

Work-Life Balance: Cut down on after-hours documentation, allowing more time for family and personal priorities.

Key Responsibilities:  

Provide patient assessments and monitor health status.  

Use AI tools to streamline documentation for better focus on hands-on care.  

Ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory standards.  

Education and/or Experience

Required – Associate's Degree Nursing

Required – 1 year Professional nursing experience.

Preferred- Home Health field experience.

Preferred – IV and Central Line experience

Preferred – Experience with wound care including negative pressure devices.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

• CA: Required upon hire: California Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed),
• Required within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)

Pay Range: $53.79- #66.44
