About this role
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Policy, Planning, or related field (or equivalent experience); significant HMIS experience; experience with ticket management systems like Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or ServiceNow; software testing experience; excellent communication skills.
