This role oversees critical mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems - including HVAC, power, medical gases, life safety, and related infrastructure - ensuring all work meets strict healthcare codes and operational requirements; works under general direction of the Director of Renovation Program to provide Project Management services for renovation projects up to %244M and occasionally projects of greater value.
