About this role
Managerial leadership experience of 2-3 years, minimum High School Diploma required along with recent work references.
At Chick-fil-A, Shift Support Leadership is responsible for assisting the Executive Leadership Team in all aspects of running a shift and ensuring that guests have an outstanding experience. Responsibilities include supervising assigned stations, opening and/or closing the restaurant in the absence of Executive Leadership; following established opening and closing procedures. Will be given goals and held accountable to working to achieve those goals.
Shift Support Leadership responsibilities include ensuring the following:
• Team Members follow recipes and read tickets to accurately prepare all orders.
• Team Members are extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items.
• Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant’s established speed of service guidelines.
• Workstations are clean at all times.
• Cashiers are following cash handling procedures at all times.
• Executing proper security and cash handling and control processes and ensures team members are as well.
• Team Members are monitoring dining room, restroom, parking lot and overall facility cleanliness.
• Performing any of the tasks as needed to serve the guest throughout the shift
• Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with Executive Leadership regarding complex issues.
• Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with
direction and feedback.
• Holding employees accountable for attendance, policy and procedure violations using existing program.
• Role model for employees for all Company policies and procedures.
