POSITION SUMMARY:
This administrative role will support the needs of all Experience Curator, including but not limited to activities such as on-boarding, recruiting, training and Curator engagement. This role is perfect for an organized, service-minded professional who thrives behind the scenes—supporting onboarding, recruiting, engagement initiatives, and daily HR operations that keep our culture strong and our teams connected.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
- Assists with new hire paperwork and conduct new hire onboardings.
- Assist with applicant background checks, motor vehicle checks, and social security number verification in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with maintenance of Curator personnel files as needed.
- Maintain all filling systems to ensure organization and confidentiality.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records and information (interview documents, I-9’s, etc.)
- Respond to questions, requests and concerns from employees and assist in resolution of issues and report all employee relations issues to Human Resources Manager.
- Participate on ‘Coury Culture Committee’ to create employee recognition events and promote positive workplace culture with birthday and work anniversary recognition.
- Participate in local job fairs and community outreach on behalf of the hotel.
- Other duties as assigned by your direct report.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- A strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
- Polished and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized approach with exceptional attention to detail.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, human resources, or a related field (hospitality experience preferred).
- A genuine interest in building and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Walking, bending, lifting up to 25Ibs.
