About the Position:

The Managed Services Worldwide Category team is searching for top caliber talent to join our team.  We are looking to complement our team with an individual who will be responsible for driving dMPS (direct Managed Print Services) Category business operations and field enablement.  This individual will be chartered to drive growth in our direct MPS business through Service & Solution launch readiness, 4P offer management & supporting Market Category and GSS Sales.  This empowered individual will function in a worldwide capacity, focusing on portfolio differentiation, adoption, enablement, planning & initiatives through engagement with our HPS Markets, GSS Sales  Organization, MPS Portfolio, and GTM teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 4P Category Business Management
    • Ensure clarity with markets & stakeholders on MPS (focus on dMPS) business priorities, programs & initiatives. 
    • Create, Manage, and Monitor 4P action plan for dMPS Services business with Market Category.
    • Develop strong working relationships with HPS MS Portfolio, Market, GSS, and End-user Sales Teams.  Partner with WS Market Finance, Planning & other teams in managing Flash, Quota & Budget achievements.
    • Facilitate reviews for management staff that summarize key business issues, initiatives, help needed & status.   

  • MPS NxI Solution Introduction & Field Readiness
    • Serve as the WW representative and decision authority in Discover-to-Concept (D2C) and NxI governance forums
    • Support launch communications, Nxi launch forums, and post-launch handover to markets.   
    • Ensure proper Sales/GSS training conducted to enable sales of new offers.
    • Monitor adoption of new solution, drive actions where appropriate.
    • Validate value proposition, market relevance, and prioritization for proposed offers in partnership with Portfolio and Marketing Teams.   

  • Field Enablement
    • Capture & triage Market & Sales team MPS 4P requests.  Aggressively pursue solution & closure of actions in partnership of key stakeholders.  Ensure clear communication with requestors & stakeholders on status & priority.
    • Monitor business & offer performance.  Drive focus & action to course correct & capitalize on opportunities.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience Required 

  • First level university degree required, MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of business management, contractual services experience, category, business and/or P&L management.

Knowledge and Skills Required 

  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record in leading cross-function teams by influence, with the ability to collaborate and effectively represent your team at executive levels. 
  • Program Management: Ability to positively advance projects across organizational boundaries.
  • HP Managed Services or Extensive Print Management Experience: Familiarity with Print and/or Service Market. 
  • Understanding of HP Print Portfolio and Sales process with direct enterprise customers.
  • Strategic Vision: Demonstrated capability in developing and implementing requirements aligned with broader business objectives, optimizing processes for maximum efficiency and scalability. 
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business management processes, metrics, and operational frameworks. Experience in driving business reviews, planning, and stakeholder engagements. 
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong influencing and consensus-building skills

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this role is $130,700.00 - $192,800.00 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
