About this role
The Tribute Companies, Inc. is seeking a dependable and organized HR & Administrative Coordinator to support employees, managers, and company leadership. The role provides approximately equal Human Resources and administrative support, including onboarding, employee records, recruiting coordination, benefits administration, employee communications, office operations, documentation, scheduling, and special projects.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate and assist with new employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee records and HR documentation
- Support recruiting activities, including job postings, applicant communication, interviews, and new employee paperwork
- Assist with benefits administration and respond to routine employee questions
- Serve as a resource to employees and managers regarding routine HR questions and processes
- Coordinate employee recognition and engagement activities
- Help administer the company's Employee Mentorship Program
- Maintain HR forms, policies, procedures, and employee resources
- Assist with employee communications and HR-related initiatives
- Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as needed
- Help ensure HR processes are handled consistently, professionally, and confidentially
- Recognize and appropriately escalate sensitive employee relations, performance, or other HR matters to management

- A strong written and verbal communicator
- Able to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar business software
- Someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and finding practical solutions
- Able to balance people-focused HR responsibilities with detailed administrative work
