The HR Business Partner partners with leaders and Human Resources Centers of Excellence to support talent priorities and deliver people solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role provides exposure to a variety of Human Resources disciplines, including talent management, organizational effectiveness, talent planning, employee engagement, and change initiatives while supporting Enablement Functions across the organization.

  • Partner with leaders and Human Resources colleagues to support talent management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Support talent review, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement activities for assigned client groups.
  • Build effective relationships with leaders and stakeholders while providing guidance on talent and organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources Centers of Excellence to support the implementation of people programs and enterprise initiatives.
  • Leverage workforce data, analytics, and emerging technologies to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve Human Resources effectiveness.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
  • Experience supporting talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, or change initiatives.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and partner effectively with leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Demonstrated learning agility with an interest in leveraging data, analytics, and emerging technologies to support business and talent outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience working within a global or matrixed organization.

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

The expected salary range for this position is $92,300 - $120,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
