7-10+ years HR Business Partner experience, retail or hospitality multi-unit experience, strong multi-state employment law knowledge, employee relations and investigations, HR metrics, remote work and travel, Bachelor's degree preferred, PHR/SPHR/SHRM preferred, Microsoft Office and HRIS proficiency.
