Responsibilities
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including welcome and first day emails, background checks, communication tracking, and post offer communication such as scheduling, onboarding questions, and equipment or travel logistics.
Provide onboarding training support and lead new hire orientation sessions.
Administer assessments and evaluations across recruitment, onboarding, and team member development, including 90-day check-ins with new hires, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and data integrity.
Provide administrative support for intern programs, including tracking, data entry, and coordination of program materials and communications.
Maintain accurate data and recordkeeping in HR systems, including personnel files and required documentation such as I-9 forms, to support onboarding, recruiting, and development programs for both employees and contractors.
Create and distribute recurring HR reports, such as headcount and turnover, to support HR leadership.
Coordinate offboarding logistics, including equipment return and completion of exit checklists.
Serve as a point of contact for routine HR questions, routing complex issues to the appropriate team member.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Recruiting teams to identify and support improvements in process efficiency, turnaround time, and overall effectiveness.
Perform other Human Resources administrative tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably within a professional services organization.
Well organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize assignments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across HR, Recruiting, and business teams.
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
Effective customer service skills.
Proficient use of applicable technology; specifically Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize assignments.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all levels of the organization, internally and externally.
