About this role
Schneller LLC is seeking a highly organized HR & Employee Engagement Intern to support its Human Resources team. The role focuses on coordinating employee activities, recognition programs, company events, and other employee-focused HR initiatives, while providing administrative and project support.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate employee events and activities from planning through completion
- Assist with company lunches, recognition events, holiday activities, contests, and employee engagement programs
- Coordinate details with vendors, caterers, employees, supervisors, and other departments
- Create invitations, sign-up sheets, employee communications, labels, and other event materials
- Track deadlines, participation, orders, supplies, and event details
- Research options, obtain information, and make recommendations for upcoming activities
- Order and organize food, gifts, prizes, awards, supplies, and other materials
- Assist with service awards and employee recognition
- Help coordinate retirement celebrations and other employee milestones
- Maintain organized records, lists, schedules, and supporting documentation
- Take ownership of assigned HR projects and follow them through to completion
- Provide additional HR administrative and project support as needed

- · Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- · Temporary, part-time position through January 15
- · Must be available to work 3 days per week consistently through January 15
- · Daytime hours with some flexibility around class schedules
