Summary: Wealthspire is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Human Resources Generalist to be a key resource for employees and managers across many HR functions. This role involves employee support, performance management, project management, and HR operations. The focus is on providing a positive employee experience, ensuring adherence to policies, and improving processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while working closely with leaders and various teams in a fast-paced, expanding setting. Key Responsibilities Employee and Manager Assistance Act as the main contact for employee and manager HR questions. Provide mentorship on company policies, procedures, benefits, and HR programs. Support managers with performance-related documentation and corrective action processes. Advance complex employee relations matters and investigations to HR leadership. Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities. Process employee status changes, organizational updates, and HR transactions. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Partner with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and other departments to support employee needs. Assist with audits and compliance-related activities. Performance Management & Compensation Support Support annual performance review and goal-setting processes. Coordinate employee recognition and engagement initiatives. Project Management & Process Improvement Complete HR projects from planning through completion. Support organizational initiatives, system implementations, and policy rollouts. Assist with acquisition integration activities and employee transitions. Find opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and employee experience. Maintain project trackers and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. Reporting & Analytics Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports. Monitor trends related to turnover, hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR activities. Maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. 2-3 years of progressive HR experience. Experience assisting various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations support, performance management, and HR operations. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a high-volume workload, balance competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong project coordination and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize various tasks and follow projects through to completion. Working knowledge of employment laws and HR guidelines. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred SHRM-CP or PHR certification. Experience supporting a multi-state workforce. Experience in financial services, professional services, or a fast-growing organization. Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
