HR Intern

Broan-NuTone is a residential ventilation manufacturer focused on improving lives through better air. The HR Intern will support Talent and Site HR teams on people initiatives, business projects, and process improvements across talent management, employee engagement, benefits, HR operations, and organizational effectiveness.

What you'll do:

• Contribute to projects that enhance employee experience, talent development, engagement, and HR operational excellence
• Assist with research, analysis, and recommendations related to HR programs, processes, and best practices
• Support the development, review, and maintenance of HR documentation, including job descriptions, policies, procedures, and employee resources
• Conduct audits and data reviews to identify opportunities for accuracy, consistency, compliance, and process improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on a variety of business and HR-related projects
• Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through execution while receiving mentorship from HR professionals
• Support additional team priorities and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment while handling sensitive employee, and business information

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree, certificate, or training program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Demonstrated professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail
• Previous internship, part-time work, volunteer, project, or campus leadership experience
• Coursework or experience related to the department or business area
