HR Intern

Valvoline Global Operations is an automotive and industrial solutions company seeking a Human Resources Intern for a structured rotational program. The intern will support Total Rewards, Organization Design, Talent Acquisition, and Data Analytics teams while contributing to HR projects, research, administrative tasks, and employee data management.

What you'll do:

• Assist with employee compensation and benefits programs
• Support wellness initiatives and assist with benefits enrollment
• Research industry trends related to compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies
• Support OD Team in analyzing and optimizing organizational structures
• Assist in job analysis and role alignment
• Contribute to change management
• Assist with developing onboarding processes and new hire orientations
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
• Support analysis of HR metrics
• Assist in maintaining HR reports and dashboards using data visualization tools
• Participate in HR rotations and support each team with ongoing projects
• Conduct research and contribute insights to enhance HR processes

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interest in HR functions, particularly talent management, compensation, and organizational development
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work on-site at VGO's Cincinnati, OH headquarters
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software, HRIS, or data visualization tools is a plus
