HR Leadership Program Intern

Lennox is a global provider of climate-control solutions for residential and commercial customers. The HR Leadership Program Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting projects across multiple HR disciplines while working with HR professionals and business leaders. The role also provides leadership exposure, training, mentorship, and potential consideration for a full-time HR Leadership Program opportunity.

What you'll do:

• You’ll work alongside experienced HR professionals and business leaders on meaningful projects that span multiple HR disciplines

What they're looking for:

• * Currently pursuing a Master's degree, MBA, or related graduate program in Human Resources
• * Strong written and verbal communication skills
• * Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP)
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• * Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• * Geographically mobile and open to relocation
• * Prior internship or work experience in HR or business
• * Interest in leading projects or teams
• * Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• * Passion for creating a positive employee experience
