About this role
Parexel is a clinical research organization supporting drug development and patient care. The HRSC Analyst provides hands-on HR support by maintaining records and HR systems, assisting with compliance and policy implementation, responding to employee inquiries, and coordinating onboarding activities.
What you'll do:
- Maintain employee records and HR information systems with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with HR compliance activities related to employment laws and regulations
- Contribute to the preparation of HR reports and analytics
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization
- Ensure all HR documentation meets regulatory and company standards
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
- Assist with addressing employee concerns and escalate complex issues to senior HR staff
- Serve as a friendly, approachable point of contact for HR-related questions
- Coordinate orientation sessions and introductory meetings for new employees
- Contribute to the development and improvement of onboarding programs
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information
What they're looking for:
- * 1-2 years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or related roles (or equivalent demonstrated ability)
- * Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and functions
- * Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and applicant tracking systems
- * Experience or familiarity with employee onboarding processes
- * Understanding of confidentiality requirements when handling sensitive employee information
- * Experience providing customer service to internal stakeholders
- * Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- * Active listening and empathy when interacting with employees
- * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- * Problem-solving mindset with ability to escalate appropriately
- * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
