HR - Recruiter

K&M Tire, Inc is seeking an HR Recruiter responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for warehouse positions across multiple regions. The role requires attention to detail and proactive sourcing of top talent, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

What you'll do:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and interview schedules
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening and offering candidates
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Initiate the corresponding prescreening processes based on the job requirements (criminal background, drug screen, DOT medical exam, or MVRs)
• Seek and document proper approval for MVR/ Background that return as “consider.”
• Properly adjudicate hiring decision based on MVR / Background results in line with company policy and legal requirements
• Manage/track current job openings within the HRIS system and SharePoint
• Coordinate drug testing and physicals with potential candidates and HR Coordinator, as required
• Facilitate a smooth and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding through customer service, timely communication; Respond effectively to candidate’s questions and provides important information during delivery of employment offers (benefits, compensation, start date…)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
• Link job requisitions from HRIS system to our website
• Ability to travel to other in state / out of state K&M locations. (Level II)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• HR Certificate or relevant experience or 2 years with K&M Tire
• 2-year business degree or 2 years relevant experience in staffing/recruiting
• Able to travel to other location (including out of state) OR interview for Supervisor / Manager level positions
• Serve as back-up to HR Recruiting Lead
• Actively participate in Leadership Development
