HR & Recruiting Operations Intern (Part-Time)

Internet Brands is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Recruiting Operations Intern to support our team. This part-time role will provide hands-on experience in HR administration and recruiting coordination, allowing the intern to learn the inner workings of HR and Talent Acquisition.

What you'll do:

• Support day-to-day HR and recruiting operations, including process documentation, data entry, and file management
• Assist with new hire onboarding tasks such as preparing paperwork, updating checklists, and coordinating with IT for equipment and access
• Help source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and our ATS (Jobvite)
• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars across hiring teams and candidates
• Conduct research and assist with projects related to process improvement, DEI, and recruitment marketing
• Help maintain recruiting and HR reports and trackers
• Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruiting team as needed
