HR Shared Services Coordinator

The HR Shared Services Coordinator provides customer service and centralized HR support to employees, executives, physicians, managers, and HR partners across the organization, handling administrative and operational HR tasks in a high-compliance, high-volume environment.

What you'll do:

• Provides customer service to all Piedmont Healthcare employees, executives, a nd physic ians
• The HR Sha red Services Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of HR services to clinical and non-clinical s taff across the healthcare organization
• Operating within a centralized HR shared services model, this position handles a wide range of administrative and operational HR tasks, ensuring timely and acc urate s upport to empl oyees, managers, and HR partners in a high-compliance, high-volume environment

What they're looking for:

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a shared services (call center) environment required
• OR with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field no experience is required
• None Required
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Experience supporting payroll and benefits inquiries Preferred
