About this role
UDC is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its Human Resources and Talent Acquisition operations. The role coordinates recruiting activities, candidate communications, onboarding handoffs, HR administrative processes, and employee experience initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling between candidates, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and hiring managers
- Post and maintain job openings across career sites, job boards, and other recruitment channels
- Review resumes and applications and assist with initial candidate screening
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, next steps, and recruitment updates
- Initiate background checks for new hires
- Coordinate onboarding handoffs for selected candidates
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to track open positions and candidate pipelines
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Coordinate client onboarding, including background and drug screenings, required documentation, and status updates to project teams
- Manage the gym membership reimbursement process
- Coordinate and manage quarterly leader spotlight postings
What they're looking for:
- This is a hybrid position, with an expectation of working two days per week in our Waukesha, WI office
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR coordination
- • Strong organizational and time management skills
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- • Strong customer service skills
- • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
- • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), highly preferred
- • Experience with recruiting platforms and job boards preferred
