About this role

OSO Home Care, Inc. is a specialty home infusion organization providing pharmacy, nursing, and infusion-related services. The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for personnel records, training compliance, performance reviews, leave administration, recruiting and onboarding, payroll support, and general HR activities.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain accurate, complete, organized, and confidential employee personnel records in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements
  • Conduct routine personnel file audits to identify missing, incomplete, or expired documentation and follow up as necessary
  • Maintain HR tracking logs, spreadsheets, and other administrative records
  • Assist with processing and documenting employee status changes, including changes in position, department, supervisor, compensation, employment status, and other personnel actions
  • Ensure HR documents are appropriately filed and maintained
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times
  • Track required employee orientation, annual training, in-services, certifications, and other required education or compliance documentation
  • Monitor training completion deadlines and follow up with employees and managers regarding outstanding requirements
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation for employee files
  • Assist HR with preparing employee documentation and records for internal audits, accreditation activities, or other compliance reviews as requested
  • Maintain the performance review tracking system and monitor upcoming and overdue employee evaluations
  • Notify and follow up with managers regarding performance reviews that are due or outstanding

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and effectively manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong follow-through and ability to independently track outstanding documentation
  • Ability to communicate professionally with employees, managers, applicants, and outside parties
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to learn and effectively use HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and other electronic systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Human Resources, Finance, management, and employees throughout the organization
  • Associate degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Previous administrative, Human Resources, payroll, recruiting, or healthcare experience preferred
