Human Resource Coordinator

Our Town Studios provides residential and community-based services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The Human Resource Coordinator will support recruiting, onboarding, employee support, compliance, HR systems, reporting, and day-to-day HR operations while assisting leadership and maintaining organized employee records.

What you'll do:

• Manage and maintain HR systems including Paycor and Advisor
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
• Conduct new hire orientation and ensure onboarding tasks are completed
• Maintain employee files and track certifications, trainings, and compliance deadlines
• Complete background checks and onboarding paperwork
• Support internal HR reporting and audits
• Enter and track client outcome documentation
• Provide administrative support to leadership and the HR department
