Human Resource Recruiter

Fresh Mark Inc. is a meat products company seeking a Human Resource Recruiter to support its plant operations. The role manages full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions, develops talent pipelines, coordinates interviews and onboarding, ensures hiring compliance, and maintains accurate recruiting and personnel records.

What you'll do:

• Partner with plant management and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning objectives
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer facilitation
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
• Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Conduct pre-employment activities, including background checks, employment verification, and I-9 compliance
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS
• Build strong partnerships with plant operations
• Meet staffing goals by filling open positions in a timely and effective manner
• Source and engage qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires

What they're looking for:

• 1-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience with a strong emphasis on recruitment
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and hiring regulations
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience recruiting in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or industrial environment preferred
