HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT INTERN

TS Conductor is seeking a Human Resources Assistant Intern to support its HR team. The role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, administration, employee relations, training and development, and HR projects.

What you'll do:

• Assist with the job posting process on various platforms
• Assist with screening resumes and applications to help identify qualified candidates
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Participate in conducting initial phone interviews
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and participating in orientation sessions
• Assist with ensuring new employee paperwork is completed and filed appropriately
• Assist with maintaining and updating employee records and databases
• Assist in the preparation and processing of HR-related documents
• Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks, including the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations
• Assist in organizing employee files and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases with high accuracy
• Help respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain a professional, positive attitude
