About this role

Position Overview

International Motors is not just building trucks, engines, and transportation solutions. We're helping shape the future of mobility. With a legacy spanning nearly 200 years and a commitment to innovation, International brings together makers, problem solvers, and future builders who are passionate about creating solutions that move people, businesses, and communities forward.

As part of the TRATON Group, we're accelerating the advancement of sustainable transportation, connected technologies, and customer-focused innovation.

Great organizations don't succeed by chance—they succeed because they have capable leaders, engaged teams, and the organizational strength to execute strategy.

Exceptional organizations are built by leaders who make great decisions about people, talent, and teams.

As a Human Resources Business Integrator, you'll serve as a trusted business advisor, helping leaders solve organizational challenges, strengthen leadership capability, and improve business performance.

This is an opportunity to expand your strategic influence, develop deeper consulting expertise, and become a valued partner to leaders navigating increasingly complex business and workforce decisions.

As a Human Resources Business Integrator, you'll partner with business leaders in our Research & Development organization to align workforce, leadership, and organizational priorities with business objectives.

As an Integrator, you'll connect leaders with expertise across Talent Experience & Acceleration, Total Rewards & Recognition, Employee & Labor Relations, Shared Solutions, and other HR Centers of Excellence to ensure business challenges are addressed through coordinated, business-focused solutions.

You'll coach leaders to strengthen accountability for talent, performance, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement while helping them build stronger, higher-performing teams.

Through business insight, workforce intelligence, analytics, and practical consultation, you'll help leaders improve organizational capability and business performance.

At International, we're redefining the role Human Resources plays in business success.

Our Human Resources Business Integrators don't simply provide HR support—they help leaders solve business problems.

By integrating expertise across Talent Experience & Acceleration, Total Rewards & Recognition, Employee & Labor Relations, Shared Solutions, and other HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Integrators help leaders build stronger organizations, develop exceptional talent, and deliver measurable business results.

We believe leaders own talent and organizational outcomes. Our role is to coach, challenge, connect, and enable leaders with the insight, expertise, and integrated HR solutions they need to build high-performing organizations.

If you are a strategic thinker, trusted advisor, and collaborative problem solver who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and people strategy and are looking for an opportunity to influence business performance—not simply support it—you'll find it here.
