Human Resources College Co-op

Dauch is a driveline and metal forming supplier serving the global automotive industry. The Human Resources College Co-op will support strategic and operational HR services in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including recruiting, employee relations, HR analytics, onboarding, engagement, training, and compliance activities.

What you'll do:

• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems
• Assist with personnel transactions, organizational changes, and reporting
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics
• Support policy administration and compliance documentation
• Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and culture initiatives
• Assist with employee communications and HR presentations
• Help coordinate employee events, wellness programs, and community involvement activities
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
• Support compliance efforts related to employment laws, company policies, and internal audits
• Assist with HR process improvement initiatives
• Participate in special projects involving workforce planning, retention, and employee development
• Support inclusion & culture initiatives as applicable

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum sophomore class standing
• Available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, year-round
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous internship, co-op, customer service, leadership, or campus involvement experience
