Job Summary:
Adventist Health Sonora is looking for Human Resources Coordinator for Full-time 8-hour Day shift. We are looking for great individual who can work onsite to our location in Sonora, CA.
Is an entry-level role focused on providing essential administrative support to the Human Resources department. Assists with onboarding and offboarding processes, maintains accurate HR records, and serves as a point of contact for routine employee inquiries. The role is primarily operational, ensuring that day-to-day HR activities run smoothly.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required
- Zero-Two years' of HR, administrative, or customer service experience : Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Provides administrative support to the HR team, including customer support, answering phone, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Assists with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Responds to routine employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Supports HR compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with audits.
- Helps schedule meetings, training sessions, and HR-related events.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
