Human Resources Coordinator

Ambrosia Behavioral Health provides behavioral, substance use, and eating disorder treatment for adolescents through neuroscience, precision diagnostics, and evidence-based therapies. The Human Resources Coordinator supports daily HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits, training, performance management, reporting, and compliance.

What you'll do:

• Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, and onboarding new employees
• Coordinate employee training and maintain training records
• Provide HR support regarding benefits, leave, compensation, and policies
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HRIS records
• Coordinate quarterly and annual performance reviews
• Track employee certifications, training, and compliance requirements
• Assist with benefits administration and HR reporting
• Ensure employee records meet The Joint Commission requirements
• Support compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Address employee questions and concerns professionally
• Perform general HR administrative duties and special projects as needed

• Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Previous HR or administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
