About this role

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support across HR operations, including employee records, recruitment, benefits, payroll, performance management, compliance, and employee programs.
What you'll do:
- Provide leadership to the organization and staff by promoting and modeling the Centris Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Team Principles
- Provide unparalleled service to internal and external members in accordance with the Centris Service Promises
- Support the Human Resources and Learning and Development teams with administrative functions such as department file maintenance, mail distribution, department email queue, NMLS program, calls, assist with audits if needed, run reports and employee engagement activities
- Procure employee name tags, nameplates, and business cards
- Process employment verifications, unemployment claims, and I-9 forms using E-Verify
- Maintain employee records in the human resources information system and run reports. Assist end users with general assistance
- Administer the performance evaluation process, analyze performance reviews for rating consistency, accuracy, and content. Process merit increases and schedule next review dates in the HRIS system. Work closely with the payroll specialist to ensure timely and efficient processing
- Update employee files and forms per the labor contract and wage increase matrixes and save all necessary information. Coordinate storage of permanent records according to policy
- Responsible for administering the company store, rewards recognition, wellness, and tuition reimbursement programs
- Manage the human resources intranet site communication and documents
- Utilize general human resources expertise to assist in general duties within the department to support employees and leadership
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Human Resources Leader

- * Associate's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- * At least one year of HR administrative support experience
- * Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- * Ability to interpret documents, operate office equipment, and enter data accurately
- * You respond to requests quickly, accurately, and with a service mindset
- * You maintain impeccable attention to detail and organization
- Bachelor's preferred
