Human Resources Coordinator

Goken is a global engineering services and product development company serving mobility and non-mobility clients. The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative HR support, manages onboarding and offboarding, assists with benefits and employee communications, maintains personnel records, and supports immigration and client documentation processes.

What you'll do:

• Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the orientation of new team members and the integration or exit processes for employees across operational systems, benefits, and rewards programs
• Support employee’s questions, concerns, requests, and information
• Assist with Benefit & Wellness administration including sending communications and keeping benefit processes moving forward
• Maintain HR documents and employee records
• Create and send monthly company newsletter
• Coordinate employee gifts and recognition programs, including sending employee awards
• Process employee’s client documentation
• Support the immigration process
• Travel to client sites as needed
• Perform other duties as required

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor' degree in human resources management or HRCI or SHRM certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 1 year relevant HR experience
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of state, federal employment and labor laws
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Ability to meet multiple priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• This is a largely sedentary role. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Working knowledge of US inbound immigration preferred
